@Mackysimms when you are looking at an alpha pattern, braceletbook adds a base string to the number on top. So always cut 1 base string less than what it says. The extra base string is your leading string, aka your first/background color. In this pattern, cut only 14 base strings. If you want an easy way to know the dimensions, it says it beside the number of base strings at the top. 14x71, meaning 14 base strings and 71 rows.
