How was the pattern generator born?
The initial idea was to make well readable pattern generator based on the real-life look of friendship bracelets. It was easy in case of alpha patterns, but the trouble came when we started to think about the normal pattern generator. We looked on a normal pattern bracelet closely, and after a few days of thinking we finally got an idea. We made it look exactly as a real bracelet when you stretch it, so it's very easy for you to read it. After a couple of weeks we encountered a problem. The problem was confusion, so we added the arrows to to knots center showing the direction of each string.
