Hi! Im in 8 th grade and sorta getting overloaded with homwork, but I dont have enough time to do it because im really busy. do you guys have any tips for maximizing the time i have, making time, and homework in general? thanks!

A huge tip is definitely PRIORITIZE. Personally this is what I found helps the best.

Also take breaks. This might sound like it would take away time, but in reality it helps your brain rest, so it can do the the next thing faster without getting too tired and making mistakes. Hope this helps 😊 |

ok so if you're anything like me then you probably don't do your homework until last minute,right? so if you're not too busy then do your homework or projects right after school because you apparently have more energy then than after dinner or 10 minutes before bed. also calming music helps, though I always listen to pop music. also don't force yourself to study because it makes you hate studying even more.

I’ve recently started playing brown noise in the background as I do work- I’ve found that it helps me focus and eliminate some of my extremely excessive mental clutter lol

I often play music or brown in the background, but it also helps if you are relaxed and are calm ‘cause panicking doesn’t allow you to think. You could in someway make it fun. I’m also in 8th grade I know what that feels like! I hope this helps😊

I usually try to do it during class If all the teacher is going to do is review/do something w/ the class, if it's an assignment you need to do, then follow along and do other homework at the same time (multitask) and do my homework as soon as I get it, do all the extra credit possible, and turn it in on time, don't just let it sit in ur backpack for days on end, you can try listening to music for stuff that doesn't need that much attention, and make use of any time the teacher gives you, don't just mess around and let it go to waste, another thing you can do is try to be organized, I find that the fresh feeling of being organized kind of gets me engaged I what i'm doing, also, please, please, PLEASE make use of ALL the outlines and any kind of help the teacher gives you, especially w/ writing, instead of just making your own essay, follow the guidelines until you have the glued to your head like that one favorite song, most of the time, the guides they give u is exactly what they want to see, of course you can add your own tweaks here and there to make it more appealing to you but mostly, try to follow the guide, I have tons more tips, but i'd probably overcome the character limit of the text box if I put them all here, 😂 but I think you kind of get the idea of what i'm saying 🙂 I'm in 7th grade rn, and I can (mostly) relate to what you say,P.S. psst, inside secret, you rlly don't want to look at my 5th and 6th grade book, it was a total mess, totally didn't have at least one f 🤯 in the first 2 quarters of each year 😢 😉 , although I managed to get straight A's all 3 quarters this year, and working on the fourth and final one 🎉 🎉 hope this helped a lot to u 🙂 |

OMG I just realized how FAT of a paragraph I made, srry if it was a pain to read (if u even did bcs I understand ppl I haven't gotten active for 3 MONTHS 🤯 can u believe that, until last week) also, I think I just found another book partner, we both like around the same type of genres and have the same case of a bunch of different music mixtures without what to decide on, 🙂 Talk soon?
