Since wouldn’t changing or switching the strings on an alpha pattern mess up the order of the background supporting strings? And mess up the rest of the pattern? Since those strings are in the wrong place? 🤔 🤨 😐 🙁
How would a charm being added to the middle of the bracelet look like or the process be like on an alpha pattern? Can you please make a separate tutorial demonstrating that? Or try to explain it to me please?😅
@OceanStar the charm basically replaces a knot. If the knot replaced is a f or b knot between two strings of different colours, you have to switch the places of these strings, because they would otherwise be in the wrong place, if you continue knotting. If the strings are of the same colour or a fb or bf knot is made, you don't need to switch them.
I have a question. When you say to stwitch the strings, do you mean to have the two strings you were going to knot with in each hand, and just switch their places? Then make one knot or two halves like you would have? Sorry, I'm just confused, I just wanted to make sure.
