@Xandra3737 When I was designing these I always used friendship bracelet knots instead of half hitches because it was both faster for me to knot and easier for me to keep track of which knot I was using so I could write the pattern. My design process was first I would use crochet thread that I had a lot of to just mess around and tie knots. When I came up with a design I liked I wrote out the pattern, then I tested the final pattern by tying it with embroidery floss
@goldflower I know. I've noticed. It's pretty great because it's a nice way of showing folks what else they could make. And I know yours are designed to flip over. But when you are inventing them - I assume you start with the management side and then you figure out the other one?
@Xandra3737 All of my macrame patterns are designed so you can make it by following the pattern and flipping it over when you're done to see the macrame on the back. I've also made all my bracelets with embroidery thread but if you have waxed cord I think that would work too.

@biancaz this is a macrame pattern. The half hitch knot in macrame is the back side of a friendship bracelet half which knot. As you follow the pattern flip it over once in a while to see if it looks like the photos people have posted.
Goldflower is the only person I know who has done this (others may have too). It's basically giving people at bakery book a chance to make something where the colors aren't the focus, the knotwork is. And this kind of database does not exist as far as I know for micromacrme, at least not something so big.
I don't know what cords the others are using but micromacrme is often done with a waxed polyester thread. I think this pattern doesn't need it but if you start enjoying these patterns you might want to try some.
@goldflower I love how you make these micromacrame patterns and you make them with the knots as if they were different bracelets. I want to make them all, despite also doing micromacrame myself.
Do you design them to only use half hitch knots so you can flip them?
@adderleyal You can make this by exactly following the pattern, just like you would any normal pattern. The macrame design will show up on the back side
This is my own design so there's no videos for this exact bracelet but if you search for "macrame heart bracelet" you can find youtube videos of similar bracelets
