@Booklady08 sorry, I don't make videos. If anyone else wants to make one that's fine. As long as you exactly follow the pattern the design will show on the backside. Maybe printing it out and crossing off knots as you make them will help make it easier to follow. Also I would suggest using a variation with different colors even if your bracelet is all one color, that makes it easier to see where the strings go.

From row 12-100 measures about 3.5 inches. I cut 6 strings 54 inches for 7 chevron at the beginning and end.
