I meant "on the right side of these rows*" meaning rows 2, 4, 6 etc (even numbers)

@emtill Racoon's video tutorial is a good place to start. She explains the technique in a video attached to this pattern #23211, including when you need to add extra string and when you don't need to.
All there is to it is doing bf knots for the left most knots of your bracelet on rows 2, 4, 6 etc and fb knots on the right side of these knots.
The 2 threads you add can be any color since they won't show in the pattern and they be shorter than the rest because you won't be making knots with them
