@adderleyal You can make this by exactly following the pattern, just like you would any normal pattern. The macrame design will show up on the back side

This is my own design so there's no videos for this exact bracelet but if you search for "macrame heart bracelet" you can find youtube videos of similar bracelets

Strings 2 and 11 need to be longer, maybe 10" or more for a bracelet. Tie the V at row 9 and 22 a tiny bit tight so the chains bump out and tie the V at row 11 right next to row 9
