Does anyone use gloves or other protection when bracelet making? If so, what material/from where? I've found I can get callouses or very sensitive fingertips from the constant movement of thread, but I don't know what material would be best to not risk tangling or splitting the threads or loosing dexterity. I've been making bracelets for many years but I think with my degree and other hobbies my skin is starting to not like the constant friction lmao. |

This is actually a really good thing to think about, because prevention is important too so even if you're a noob starting out, it probably is best to wear gloves to protect your hands. I don't know any brands myself but I think what you're looking for is compression gloves if you need to put a name to it. I've also worn plasters (band aids in American terms) over callus prone areas to create like soft padding, and that worked pretty well for me!
