Mine comes from a short video (back when Vine was the go-to instead of TikTok or whatever!) of a husky making the most gentle and adorable little “howl” you’ve ever heard and the caption said “softly awooing” or something very similar. I started using it as a username because I loved remembering that sound and the phrase “soft awoo.” Plus it reminds me of my old dog Freya, who used to “awoo” whenever she was happy. RIP Freya.
