if he had been with me. Do not recommend if you don't want to shed some tears. One of the best books I have read.

As Good As Dead by Holly Jackson! a really great YA thriller, waaay darker than the first two books in the series, but great nonetheless

@clean Omg I LOVED that series, particularly the third book. It was really cool to see how her character developed as the story progressed! I enjoyed having a main character whose traumatic experiences deeply affected her psyche; it’s too often in literature that some alleged “regular schmegular teenager” goes through unspeakable trauma then carries on like nothing happened lol

@blackcat79 i agree! while I think the murder was justifiable, so many people hated on the third book because of the inconsistency to the main character's personality

The last book I read was "The Assassin's Blade" by Sarah J. Maas. It was an emotional roller coaster to read, but I would 100% recommend it

@SophMarie4 I read the American version. I think you can get the third book in bookstores and most public libraries

@clean I read the american version too, I have heard the british version is a lot different. They don't have it at any libraries, but I'm going to a bookstore soon so hopefully they have it!

@SophMarie4 to be honest, I didn't even know a british version of AGGGTM existed, though I think the setting and such would be in the UK. I hope you find the book you were looking for!

SURVIVAL AT SEA, by Eileen Dover. It was a refreshing change of pace from Frank Herbert's DUNE (which I felt was a rather dry read). |

@clean I think it just goes to show how deeply affected she was by what she experienced (to a point that she would do something so incredibly out of character). A nice touch imo!
