@blackcat79 I totally get that! It's kinda how I used to be, but I ended up doing a lot of residentials. On the first one I was so nervous I didn't talk to anyone and ended up pretty lonely for those 3 days and felt horrible. So on the next, I made a point to get stuck in and just say hello to people. It's obviously different when returning to familiar environments, like going back to school where everyone already knows each other, but in situations where everyone are strangers, most people are desperate for a friend lol. You don't have to be like a social leader but just get involved in lively conversations, people are more often than not happy to include you! Literally walking up and saying hello, complimenting things, exchanging names, honestly even talking about your commute/weather etc are all really good ways of getting yourself to be more comfortable to talk to people. But granted, I'm a bit older than you so maybe people in your year are kinda more immature/cliquey? I say this thinking of if you were to join extracurriculars outside of school or do residentials etc. However it does take practice, so don't beat yourself up if you're not perfect the first time!

@Emmaloves Seems like it’s all about the practice! I joined this one program at my school where you go into freshmen classes and do fun activities and talk to them, helping them acclimate to the school and have an upperclassman to look up to. I think it’ll definitely be good practice and I hope that it goes well!

I love to read! I’m the strong willed one(meaning I will definitely tell you no)love drawing, not a morning person, extremely extroverted! Totally not obsessed with Transformers currently, super weird(in a good way!), love making new friends, will definitely be found inside with a pencil and sketchbook + music 24/7! Love pretty much any fantasy/sci-fi stuff as long as it’s not to weird, have tons of hobbies(check out my bio for more.) I have plenty of to-dos, “kids in public school unfortunately don’t have a great imagination, but there are exceptions, while homeschooled kids have amazing imagination, again there are exceptions!” Who said this you ask, me right now! I’m definitely chatting when ever I get the opportunity( which is not a lot😩) absolutely loyal!!! Very good at keeping secrets!!!!(example I still have a secret hidden since like 2021!🤣) love fall. I really enjoyed creating so drawing, bracelet making, tie dye, and many more! Ambivert, in my room 24/7, always watching a Minecraft smp or listening to music. Older sister to 3 (twin brothers and a sister) although i don't have that much patience. I really enjoy a good story. I enjoy Vocaloid a LOT, also quite like rock. Homeschooled, really enjoy reading. I really like making fanart for Minecraft smp's (mainly the life series though) that's pretty much it!😄

I'm shy around social people, social around shy people. I don't get annoyed by much, but I love debating and discussing with open minded people. I love listening to music and daydreaming. I'm very imaginative, and I like to think of myself as a leader. I'd rather be around my sister and my best friend than be alone, but I love to sit and chill on my own. I love to chat, and I wish I was into more niche stuff so I could talk to a lot of cool people I've meet. Nature is my favorite thing in the world, especially birds. I love to dream up romantic situations, but in truth I'm really awkward and nervous in person. I hate school with a burning passion, and I'd much rather be outside. Nonetheless, I do really good, even though i hate work. uhhhh so yea!

I am generally SO loud and I can't say how many times i've been told to shut up. I HATE math/science, i love english and history, gym depends but NOT soccer or lacrosse or hockey, i love food 😝, i love cooking but not baking, i like swimming but i'm not amazing at it, rather pessimistic toward myself but super hopeful when people complain to me. i love 2010s pop music, the music quality has degraded in this decade. there's still good hits but still. blue is my favourite color, but pastels of any sort too! i'm serious in funny situations and laughing hysterically in the most serious, sad, devastating situations. I suck at typing, coding, and robotics. and books are forever better than movies!

I love pink. I like doing all arts and crafts (mainly crochet, bracelets, colouring, and drawing though). I like Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and Ella Langley. I lowkey don't know what else to say so I guess that's all.
