Can anyone recommend some normal patterns that would work well with variegated thread, where the flow of colors can be seen well?
Thanks!

Hi
I think anything with borders is great with variated like: #133544 or #103716 or #70032 and so many more 😄
Or the 2 colts patterns are awesome as well like: #116408 or #29537 or #29517
I'm alphas you can't go wrong with variated threads in background color 😍!
Hope it helped and have fun!

Here are some forum posts where people asked similar questions, maybe you'll find something there:

My general advice is always to look for patterns with the keyword "outline" and 3 colours.

You should check out @arts_milia 's photos of her bracelets! She makes her own gradient thread and her bracelets are mesmerizing.
Maybe seeing them will give you some ideas on how to use variegated thread. 🙂

Ahh you're too kind @Tikilishi 🥰 and there are lots of great patterns for variegated strings! Try looking for key words such as "tribal", "native", "slavic", "outline", "countour" and "geometric" under normal patterns. I think creators such as @sodapop @sweetpqg and ofc @Tikilishi (there are many others!) have patterns that work really well with variegated strings, so try starting there I guess, and remember to have fun! 😄
