adding new colour string at the edge of the aplhas

I need help 😇 I have an alpha pattern in which i have to add a new colour string at the edge of a new row and do the colour switch, because new row begins with another new colour i have,t use before, and i completly don't know how to do that, because i don't want any string to stick out, and i am ussing straight edges technique. I would appreciate any help 😊

I’m not very good at alpha patterns, so if someone more experienced says something differently I’d probably take their advice 😅 either way, I’d add the string like any other knot, but tie the loose string to one of the loops in the back
