On app videos are just showing a black screen

So when I click on a vid to watch it shows the thumbnail but as soon as I press play the screen just goes black and I can’t see anything. Any one experiencing this too? Mods is there anything you can do?😊❤️🌺

On every video I’ve tried to watch in the past five days but I haven’t tried that many… I’ll check now

Oh I just read the full forum title, bit of a dumb question to ask, sorry 🤦♀️ but yes, I have the same issue. I haven’t found a solution, but usually if I need to watch a video I just go into my safari browser instead of through BB

Yep I’ve had this problem for a couple years now, I have to click the title of the video and just be taken to YouTube in order to watch them
