I've been making bracelets for awhile now but sometimes it's hard to get started because my string collection is kind of crazy. I want to do more alphas but I never have enough colors of one brand, so I think it would be wise to pick a brand and get more organized. Problem is, I can't decide. There aren't any craft stores near by for me to see the thread in person. I'm not too good at online shopping. I need to keep it affordable because I'm not selling my bracelets or anything, but I don't want string that falls apart. I'd like to buy a variety of colors to start and then be able to restock on individual colors as I need to. Is it that nice and neat for anyone else or am I hoping for too much? I would love to hear about other's organization systems, I just feel really stuck right now.

You can find some box organizers at dollar tree. And it’s going to be 1.25dollars. They also sell thread that is lowkey good. Neon, normal, and pastel. You should go and take a look. In your bio, it doesn’t say where your from but it you’re in USA. It will probably work!

I guess it has been awhile since I looked. Dollar general has thread that's definitely good enough quality but there's only eighteen colors. I'll check the bear by stores again just in case that's all I need

Hi! If there is a Walmart near you, they often carry a small selection of dmc colors, or packs of Coats & Clark thread. I think the biggest pack might be 24 colors? I’m not positive. They also sell bobbins to wrap the thread around, and cases. I would recommend looking there!

Thank you for the suggestion though surprisingly there isn't a Walmart near by, so it's not quite sustainable though I do go there occasionally. Dollar general still only has the small pack, but there's another small store I could check next time I go. I think I need to know where to go online. Also, love that profile picture lol
