@maddog55 pattern #37570 has a video. It just has a different amount of strings, but is otherwise the same. There is also a tutorial in the tutorial section titled "how to make a zig zag bracelet".
@MalihaRaya it is pretty simple, you make a normal candy stripe then when you switch to backward knots you pull the string tight instead of leaving it loose.
You do a candy stripe with forward knots. Then when you run out of the color pattern, then you would do a candy stripe with backward knots. Then when you finish your color pattern, you start to repeat the pattern. I hope that helps @MalihaRaya!
