barrelgal: @CatLover41 @GiuseppeK @rodeogal @MidnightTH here’s the whole story she was mad cause she didn’t win and so she stabbed 3 horses at 12:02am she wanted to be the “hero” for discovering that the horses were hurt but when the cops wanted to know how this happened and they mentioned security cameras in the stalls so she ran off nervously so they found out it’s was her soon she wanted the horses not to be able to run cause she wanted to win so idk if we should assume things without knowing the full story she also got bullied her whole life and winning this meant everything to her ik it’s no excuse for stabbing 3 horses but at least u guys understand what happened 😊a

GiuseppeK: @rodeogal Depending on how thick it is, what might make all the difference would be doubling up on the base strings. That is, twice the starting amount, but treating two strands as one. That would also make the junk thread go away twice as fast. 👍

The string I am using right now was not good at all so I thought I could just use it as base strings but I guess not. 🤷‍♀️ thanks .

GiuseppeK: @rodeogal It's probably still salvageable. Masha has videos on adding base strings (works on normals, as well). As for why it's happening, if it's not excess tension or unnecessary friction while knotting, it might be time to consider a new brand of thread.
