Warhorse: @leonieb333 Yeah, I've gone through several different positions as well. Something I like for the wallhanging I'm doing is to have it hanging up so I can sit comfortably in front of it while I work, and I also use a small plastic tub with my bracelets taped to the top and put it on my lap so I can sit on the couch and work while watching somthing. I don't have a clipboard, but I hear that they work really well so I might get myself one for the sake of my back.

leonieb333: @Warhorse that’s right! I’m almost 17 too. For neck and back hurt I really recommend changing locations and sit on different chairs! I change locations all 1-2 hours when I get free time to make bracelets. Sometimes I sit on my bed, at my desk, in the kitchen, outside in the garden or sometimes just on the sofa watching my series. That really helped me ! And also using a clipboard made my pain flew away because It can stand up and I don’t have to bend my neck

Warhorse: @leonieb333 That is a point, I'm sixteen and I've strained my back and neck a bit lately bending over my desk knotting, better posture and some stretching could fix that, but for older people it could cause some serious strain when knotting for long periods of time.
