It’s super cheap off of amazon and it’s more convenient because as your skill level increases, you tend to take on longer, wider, and more complex patterns. I did realize that none of my friends really wanted to wear a behemoth of a bracelet, so turning fun patterns I wanted to try into keychains worked out really well!
