GiuseppeK: @pinky25 In the case of "official" challenges, I don't believe there are really any winners--everyone who submits satisfactory photos of a finished product on the list for that timeframe earns rewards (in the form of the number in the orange bubble on the top right of your avatar on your personal page). When it comes to others, that's going to depend entirely on the individual host (might wanna DM them for the specifics).
