if there's anyone who's also like me who gets thrown off when patterns go past 14 strings because of the thickness, use 3ply crochet yarns for the background color. in this case, all the white strings i used are 3ply crochet yarns and the colored strings are your regular embroidery floss. by doing this, this beautiful pattern as a bracelet comes out with a thickness of a 12-string piece 🙂
Great pattern! Very pretty, and it turned out great. Important tip: the third blue strand from the left needs to be almost twice as long as the others, because it is used for the whole zig-zag line.
