@angiegrl4u this pattern is called the arrowhead. I would recommend looking at the tutorial on YouTube for the best method.

I am not sure how to start this one. I first attempted by start at row 1 moving from left to right. Then I undid all of that. 2nd attempt I started on the right side and I’m following the diagonal lines, which is working out better. But if there are suggestions that are better, let me know. Thank you.
