@ponotama Oh sorry I forgot the one you use for chain is the short one! But start the same way, and include the new one when you make chain with the short one… in the middle of the chain you switch to the new one and include the short one inside the chain and continue with the new one from there.

@glafi_b123 I would suggest to include the new one inside the chains - so after you finish the motif line up another string together with others( including the short one) and do the chain tight enough. In the end of chain cut off the one which is running out and continue with the new one. If the new one is sticking out from the top of that chain cut that as well. I used to tie a new one but realized that including just like when we add new strings in alpha or invisibly in the chain works better. Hope this helps.

@maybraclet I just saw your question! I tried to explain from 2:06 in the video that two strings which we use just one, we want to include in the loop but not in the bracelet. That’s why we make overlaps until making the loop. After 4:30 of the video, when you attach the bracelet to the surface, you separate the excessive strings of the two short ones from the others and bend them back so that they don’t bother you when you use the other 8 strings. If you have further questions please let me know of the timestamp of the tutorial. Hope this helps!
