Make sure your C color string is long enough! For those who make this pattern, whatever length you decide on for A color, the B strings don't need to be quite as long since a lot of the B is knotted over but not knotted with. The C color needs to be longest because it does a lot of knotting. I made A, B, and C all the same length. After two repeats of the pattern my B strings were ~7 in/14 cm longer than my A strings and my C string was ~2 1/4 in/7 cm shorter than my A. The length of your C color string will be the limiting factor of how long your bracelet can be.
I had enough of A and B to do another repeat of the pattern, but not enough of C.
