What’s the name of this pattern? |

@delayna_w I'd say whatever length you usually cut your strings for a candystripe or chevron should be enough. I recommend replacing the bf knots between two white strings with b knots, to make knotting easier. |

Anyone have a suggestion on how long to cut the strings? |

@PonyPower I meant changing the knots at the edges, not the strings 😅 |

@PonyPower could you explain what you mean? Using the straight edges technique means changing the strings on the left edge to bf knots and on the right edge to fb knots. In this pattern you don't need to add an extra string, because you can just change the knots at the edges without affecting the rest of the pattern because they're all between two strings of the same colour. I don't know other techniques that have similar effects, but maybe someone else knows 😄 |

Hey does anyone know if you could make this a straight edged pattern without using the straight edges technique? |
