The first and last strings need to be longer than the other ones otherwise B and C are too long and A and last one are too short

Sort of, I’m sorry if that doesn’t really make sense @SofiaGT

@SofiaGT What if you shaped it, like you do when doing a teardrop loop. Depending on how many holes you need, you can edit the pattern to how you need.

Hi! I need some help. I’m making this pattern as a collar for a cat, and I don’t know what the clasp is called, but it’s the kind you would find in a belt, so I need to put holes in the pattern. But I can’t figure out a way to add holes in without messing up where the strings are after the hole, and they’re always out of order. Does anyone know a way to leave holes in the pattern without messing up the rest of the pattern? Thanks!
