@Kooky_20 sure, you could wear it as a cuff. Depending on your knotting style and thread size, it could be a little long tho. Just measure your other alphas to check how many rows per inch you normally knot to decide how long you want your finished bracelet to be. You might want to eliminate a few rows from this pattern to make it fit.
