ive posted this picture 🙂 and to calculate the longer you need, the red ones should be the longer of two arms but fold it in two so you have a loop also. for the white one , ive juste taked a complete string because i wasnt shure 😛

for an alpha pattern the foreground strings should be about 3 times longer then your wrist
