@EmJay45 sorry I'm a little late responding! I divided the base strings in 2 sections and knotted each half together like it was only a 2-string alpha with the straight edge technique. Then I flipped it to the backside to start knotting the bat (I just like the smooth ribbed look). This pattern is definitely a more difficult shape to knot. If you're just starting to learn shaped alphas you can watch some video tutorials on #89623 and #49390 or find some on YouTube 😊
