@emooemuu thanks! Because I used the same thread for the base strings, it was more than 1 skein. I used less than 1 skein for the background itself, but I did cut the pattern ten rows short. Hope this helps 🙂

@Vivi07 thx so much! ❤️ My opinion is that if you do a variegated thread 4 the background that would look rlly nice but then you should use a simple colour like white for the petals. If you do different colour petals I would suggest using a single colour background. Hope this helped! 👍
