I'm a fiber artist. If it's made with fiber I have probably tried it at some point or I do it now. My favorites are quilting, crocheting, cross stitch, embroidery, and now friendship bracelets.

I've been making friendship bracelets since 1986 when I was in middle school and got a kit. No internet back then, I had to learn by trial and error mostly. I had the bracelet from that kit for many years. Might still be hiding somewhere in my house.

I just picked up making bracelets again recently and was so happy to find BraceletBook. I am truly amazed by all the creative patterns and finished bracelets on Bracelet Book. I'm inspired every day by all the wonderful ideas everyone has shared on this site.
