@chuwwoz After I finished the pattern, I took two strands (out of the six that is normally in embroidery floss) of black thread and embroidered them onto it. I used a blunt cross stitch kneedle because I used plastic canvas, but you will need a sharp kneedle for regular alphas. I hope that makes sense!
