- Cotton/embroidery floss (about 1 meter (donโt know the inches, sorry) you should see a bit yourself.Take about 3 โ 5 strands, depends on the amount of colours you want, but donโt take 20, because that will not turn out nicely. I took 4 for this tutorial.

Step 1
Put your strings this way, 3 together 1 next to it.
Step 2
Make a forward knot
(You probably know how to make one already ๐

Step 3
Make about 10-15 forward knots with your 1st colour.
Step 4
Take the 2nd colour from the middle and add the 1st colour to the middre like this.
Step 5
Make 10-15 forward knots again.
