@Eva_Ostlie are you familiar with how to do triangle ends? It's the same technique.

If not I recommend checking out a video on shaped bracelets or triangle ends. MashaKnots has good ones.

You have the options of either leaving loose strings or using the technique you'd use for triangle ends.

It's not exactly what you are looking for but in a candystripe pattern with hearts like #8776 you can just leave out knots to get the shape or you could take an alpha pattern with hearts like for example #26174 and instead make it as a normal pattern @myleigh
