I need to make another of these because I forgot to take a photo before giving it away! Someone sketched this shape for me and wanted a bracelet version with a metal chain fastening - I attached the chain to the edge loops and darned the thread ends to the back, which was very fiddly and annoying and I don't recommend it 😂 Would recommend normal braided ties instead, just wanted to mention the chain to explain the loops at either end! You can skip those and just go straight into the shaped start and weird hexagon thingy.
