@grunge16 if you want to tie the name London, you start by tying the white diagonal with the letter L from the L-pattern. Then you tie the black diagonal with the letter o from the O-pattern.

You tie the patterns like a candystripe and you switch to a new pattern once all strings of one colour are on one side.
