@knots10 i put 4 strings (in this pattern, the 6th 7th 12th 13th) through the button so they end up switching positions, then its 4 rows of alpha. i usually double some up so its reduced to 11 "base strings." also in the 3rd row of alpha, the button "base" strings are on top so its extra secure. then i cut the strings to about a half inch and fold them down and glue them.

@vance okay, what about at the end when you are done? I’ve thought through many ways but still can’t figure out a way to do it.

@knots10 i start with a loop like how i do in my bracelets. i feed the loop into the swivel, then the end of the lanyard is pulled through the loop.
