I think you spiral knot over all the strings and take out the ones for the leaves, that's what I do on these kinds of bracelets anyway!

This is gorgeous! How is this done? Do you cut the extra when finished? Or do you do spiral knot over all of the strings and take out the strings as you do the leaves if that makes sense?
