@RegierI'm thinking it'd work better to each do our own bracelet. With that said, how big of a bracelet are we thinking? I'm down to do a bigger one like 20-24 strings! |

@mrsrilling Mashaknots has a good video on how to do it if you are unsure. I have made the whole pattern in the purple variation for #198396 but if you want to do the original pattern or a different variation, that could be cool. #30699 could be interesting, would you just split it between the 4th and 5th knots in the first row?

@Belle34 I’ll watch Marsha’s video and figure it out. I love her. Let do the split for #198396. Do we want to do it in blues maybe? Or one in blues and the other in black and white? I’ll do either half I don’t mind. Or if we wanna pick a different one that’s fine too. I like the spilt idea though.

@mrsrilling Sounds good! I like the blue variation personally. I have a lot of sparkly thread and I think if I did the white/dark blue side and replaced the blue with sparkly blue it would be gorgeous. I could also do the other half as I have three different shades of blue that could work for this, but it wouldn't be super close to the variation. It's up to you and I have other sparkle thread, so if you like another color variation better, that's cool too.

@Belle34 I have some time this weekend and I also picked up a blue sparkly string also! I watched mashaknots video on the split and it’s super easy. But I saw she had a video for a twisted bracelet and I figured I’d ask do you wanna try to do it with this same pattern? So basically we both make the full bracelet but me can do the twists on opposite sides. (Like the blues cross over the dark blue/ white and then the other person does it opposite) If not that’s ok we can do it the original way 😊 |
