@imastudent - Love those selections! I will for sure do one of those - I just need to decide. I do not do the clean back technique. Instead, I knot in a way that makes the front knot look like the back knot of a regular alpha, and vice versa. That makes it much easier because: (a) you can see the knot you are making and ensure it looks good; and (b) you don't have to do a clean back if you don't want to (so it goes faster). The knot is called "vertical clove hitch" (and some people call it "double half hitch"). It's not more difficult than doing the regular friendship bracelet knots. Look for "pixel macrame" tutorials on YouTube. |
