Hi!! So this challenge is one that is designed to push you out of your comfort zone!! So if you only do alphas maybe try to do a normal or visa versa this doesn't have to be from small normals to huge alphas just something different then what you normally do. I can give you suggestions if you want!! Please comment below that you want to join & with what pattern, also let me know if you will be using a special technique.
