Combine the idea of quarantine life and a dystopian? Maybe a virus ravages the world or a country, city, etc and your MC is one of few who survive the quarantine and emerges the other side in a world completely unlike it was before. Maybe the few surviving people don’t trust each other anymore and your MC has to constantly fight or be on the run from an organization trying to cleanse the area of potential ‘contact hazards’ or something.
