Since I’m very bad at explaining things, I would recommend checking out Mahums Crochet video on pixel grids on YouTube! It’s a very simple tutorial on how to use alpha patterns and turn them into crochet creations! That’s how I learned to do it! Hope this helped ❤️❤️❤️
