I just had this experience with pattern #109681. It's such a fun pattern, and it's really easy to memorize. After a couple of rounds I was able to work up my bracelet without looking at the pattern at all. Working on this bracelet was like meditating and it was incredibly relaxing. The process didn't take long from start to finish, literally all in a day's work 🙁. It's such a pretty bracelet, too, I'll definitely be using this pattern again! Have any of y'all had a pattern that was a delight for you like this one was for me? If so, which pattern was it?

Yes! I love pattern #27665 I’ve made probably 10 of these in different colors and the pattern is so easy to memorize

Ooh, very nice! And at just 12 strings, I bet you can get one of those done in less than an afternoon.

@RedVampire I'm actually not sure what got me into them. 😅

I made them at summer camp when I was a kid and enjoyed it, and made them on and off. But was really drawn to them when I was in high school as a form of art therapy for depression and anxiety, and have been making them ever since. 😄

@halokiwi Thank you for intervening, I didn't understand until your reply that I need to @ someone in order for them to be notified with a mention. I'm new to the forums here 🙂

@KrazyKnotz That's really beautiful and meaningful, I'm glad that bracelets are an outlet and a comfort for you. I really enjoy your work, and I'm glad you enjoy creating! As for me, I absolutely relate to the therapeutic aspect of making bracelets, it really can be a zen-inducing activity that helps me slow my mind down when it's racing. I picked up bracelet making because I wanted a portable, quiet, non-messy, inexpensive, stop-and-start-whenever-you-want creative hobby, and bracelet making gave me all of those things and more! I love making bracelets as gifts for loved ones, it's great to be able to give someone something so personal (and yet so inexpensive to make, LOL). It's also just really fun and I love the tactile nature of the activity, it's a great stim. Cheers!
