run to the store and buy an ankle brace, only wear it for 3 days to a week to avoid making it worse, ice is 20 min on 40 off, alternate Advil and paracetamol, be careful when walking for 2 weeks or so after, and for about a month after wearing your brace wear high tops for the ankle support... i miiiiiiight've sprained my ankle a few times lol
