I recently ranked up to a skiller level, what does that mean? The notification I got said that I have more priveliges now, so what priveliges do I have? Im confused.

I think its just small things, like how many friends you can add/have & just little things like that. I don't think there's that much of a big difference between each rank. I never noticed one at least.
