So as I'm on vacation I'm going swimming at the Black Sea every day. I wear my friendship bracelets all the time, so I was wondering, (this is probably a stupid question) is it possible for the bracelet to get ruined by sea water? I use embroidery thread for my bracelets.

Well when I wear my bracelets into the pool the colours definitely fade, but that's due to chlorine. I don't imagine that sea water would do much to the bracelets except make them wet lol

Prolonged consistent exposure could fade them just like everyday wear would but I think you're fine I've worn mine in the ocean a few times

My bracelets just start to smell... It's really smelly. But other than that it should be fine. This post is probably late... Oh well. Lol.
