I have just been going through a really rough time in my life right now and I am struggling with mental health issues. I just don’t know what to do anymore. Please give me some encouraging words or just something to make me feel better. I have no one to talk to in my life and I just wanted someone to know how I felt.

I understand times can be tough sometimes. You will get through it. It might take some time but you will get through it and things will be better soon. Have hope.
You could try something like this to feel better: make a written list of things you love. That helps me in times I am down, it could help you too 😊

If it is possible in your area, make an appointment wiht a general practitioner/family doc, in most cases general practitioners should be the ones to refer you to any neccesary health exams or may even refer you to a doctor/practinioner who focussses on mental health. Sometimes a problem like this can be caused by physical health being bad (low iron can cause symptoms similar to depression, or maybe its a different problem), n general practitioners in my country can also determine if you need a follow up with mental health specialists.

either way the current situation our world is in has caused plenty of people declining physical and mental health, and it's always okay to get help when you feel like you are in a bad place. if you have a health insurance visiting a general practitioner should probably be covered already
