make sure to have like spray hand sanitizer or lemon juice or pepper spray to spray into someone's eyes.

call the police or someone that can help?orrrrr you can ask about their day maybe they are having a bad day and just need a friend to listen??? (probably not and um not take this point seriously I mean up to you but um just be smart) um try to get the attention of someone around you like scream or break something or whistle or stomp really loudly. |

If they pick u up form behind, arch your back, and with your arms act like you are holding a big bin with your hands over the top, hold your ground. they will most likely not be able to pick you up. Or you can just poke their eyes or scream bloody murder, either one works.
