How old are you? When did you start making friendship bracelets? What is the first(or one of the first) bracelets you made? I'm 17, I started making friendship bracelets when I was 13, started using patterns when I was 16. candy stripe, but the first patterns #21583 #10308 |

i’m currently 16 and i started bracelets 2 summers ago at camp. my first bracelet was a very badly made green, yellow and purple chevron😂

I made very simple brackets on and off since I was about 7 (Chinese staircase, candystripe, chevron) but only learnt to read pattern a couple months ago since lockdown. I'm 16 now 🙂

My first bracelet was a candystripe when I was like 8. I didn't much enjoy making bracelets back then, and I didn't make any more bracelets for a while. But then in December 2019 I took up knotting again, pretty much from the beginning, and made my BB account. I made good progress since then 😄

I am 43 years old!! And I've only been making bracelets for a month. I know I'm too old for this, but I love it! I make bracelets for myself, for my daughters, to give away, or just for the pleasure of making them!
