If you count it as a sport, cross country running! Or just running in general. It’s fun to participate in just as much as it is fun to watch

@GiuseppeK I've been powerlifting for 5 ish years (I started before high school). I haven't gone for a 1 rep PR for a year or two but here they are in pounds:Squat: 215 Bench: 125 (bodyweight yay!) Deadlift: 225 I am competing in early October for the first time and the outlook is good for some new PRs (I did a 5x3 deadlift at 200LBS on monday) 😎 |

@happygal You rock with all due hardness. ❤️Please never lose sight of playing the long game: there are no shortcuts. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither were we. I *did*, however, once build a diorama of Rome in a day and got a D- on it--there's probably a moral in there somewhere (making it the temporary avatar). |

@GiuseppeK As sure as Kilimanjaro rises like Olympus above the Serengeti 😂 That looks better than a D to me btw 🙂 |

@happygal While I have no doubt you were expressing your wholehearted agreement, we must be circumspect in our use of that beautiful lyric going forward (in reality, the two locations are hundreds of miles apart 🙈 ).
