No idea if I'm getting warmer or colder, but if you're still open to suggestions from anyone and you're an instrumental/jazz kind of person, this one popped up on the random shuffle while out and about in the truck tonight, and it was a welcome sound:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-OKy-dO48E&list=RD2-OKy-dO48E&start_radio=1 "Give It All You Got" by the late Chuck Mangione (the man was so much more than just a "King of the Hill" running gag). It was written specifically as a tribute to the athletes during the 1980 Winter Olympics, and it's a nice groove to settle into so that the miles don't become a slog. |
